MRC is capable of providing live or delayed webcasting, allowing remote users to view the conference or meeting from their personal computer either in real-time or on-demand from an archive. Companies can reach larger audiences who may be geographically dispersed or simply unable to attend important meetings or events.

Gold Package-Live Stream: $9350 + Internet Connection fee* -

Live stream of meeting available with encoding equipment
Internet bandwidth reserved for up to 35 concurrent viewers
Archive of meeting available the following day
Video Clips of agenda items available after two days
Archive available online for 6 months
One meeting site (coverage for one room)

*Additional requirement: Internet Connection (data line or T-1). This should be available at meeting site. Media Rare Co adds a 15% administrative fee to cover our time to format the line.
